Excellent location just steps from the Haram.

I faced numerous issues during my stay. Additionally, the elevator malfunctioned upon my departure, and no one came to assist me with my luggage, forcing me to carry three suitcases down from the ninth floor just to catch my train on time.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few meters from the Haram, providing an easy and quick access to prayers. The view from my room was spectacular, overlooking the beautiful mosque. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The daily calls for feedback from reception were a bit intrusive.

My stay was phenomenal! The room was spacious and elegantly designed, complemented by a clean bathroom. The staff, especially at the restaurant, provided top-notch service with a smile. Breakfast was delightful, and the location near the mosque is superb, allowing for easy access to prayers. Can't wait to return!

My experience was tainted by several issues. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable, which made it challenging for my family to rest properly during our stay. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the breakfast options, as the limited variety did not meet my expectations, and I often felt nauseous afterward. Overall, I left feeling let down by the hotel experience, as it did not live up to what I had anticipated.

The international buffet was a standout with a wide range of delicious options, especially the mouthwatering Pakistani dishes crafted by Chef Rajab. I loved unwinding at the sauna and steam room after a long day of exploring the city. The only hiccup was a slight delay in room service at times, but it didn’t overshadow the overall positive vibe of the place. 😊

The hotel's proximity to Masjid Nabawi made my stay special, and the spacious suite with a beautiful view truly enhanced our experience. Exceptional service from the staff added a personal touch that I appreciated.

What an incredible experience it was to have easy access to the green dome of the mosque and the stunning koran museum, both just a short walk away, allowing me to soak in the beauty of the city without the hassle of transportation. the restaurant staff really went out of their way to make me feel at home and suggested great local dining options nearby whenever I asked.

The location near the mosque is superb, with easy access from gates 310 and 309. The welcoming touch from the chef, who made pancake art, was a delightful surprise. Housekeeping staff, especially Bayzid and Iqbal, were always friendly and attentive. However, the deluxe rooms did not match the photos seen online, which was disappointing. A few amenities could benefit from updates, as some areas appeared slightly worn.
