The breakfast spread is absolutely impressive, and the restaurant staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially loved the little touches like having a weighing scale in the room and the apple fruit basket at the reception. The bed and pillows provided the utmost comfort, and the room itself was spacious and well-maintained.

We had a short layover between flights and stayed at a hotel near the airport. The front desk staff, particularly Edram, were fantastic and provided excellent service. The hotel entrance was a bit unusual, requiring a detour around the block to reach the plaza where the entrance is located. However, once inside, we were impressed by the spacious and luxurious room and bathroom. Room service was also prompt and efficient. Additionally, we were pleased that we could stay in the hotel lobby with WiFi even after checking out, which was especially convenient during Ramadan.

Though our overall experience at the hotel was positive, there were a few issues. We had to wait over half an hour for a 2-liter bottle of water that we requested, prompting us to go outside and purchase one ourselves.

The hotel reception is amazing, and the in-room dining is excellent, with portion sizes suitable for two people. The floor service manager, Iqbal Ahmed, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room, furniture, and toilet were all in great condition. Additionally, there is a popular restaurant, Albaik, within a 15-minute walk, and Tahlia street is just a 15-minute drive away.
