stayed in malton before, but beansheaf took it to another level. comfy bed, delicious breakfast, and incredibly helpful staff who let us check in early. the cozy atmosphere was just what we needed. overall, a lovely place to stay.

We stayed for a night and the spacious bar and restaurant area caught our attention immediately. the food was very good, with vegetarian options available. the staff were courteous and friendly. the full breakfast was freshly cooked and beautifully presented. We enjoyed the well-maintained planters at the front of the hotel and the manager was very accommodating.

Some improvement in the quality of the WiFi connection would have been appreciated. We also found that the traffic and noise along the road was bothersome, especially during the morning.
