AC smell, bathroom odor, distant uphill walk. No major complaints.

Our room felt so cozy with the comfortable tile floor and the refreshing shower in the bathroom. the complimentary toiletries and hairdryer added a nice touch, making us feel pampered.

The AC was too cold for our liking, but others may appreciate it for a cooler night's sleep.

During my recent visit to Mecca, I stayed at Saraya Al Deafah for 2 days, which turned into a delightful one-week stay. the staff, especially Mr Abdullah Al Subhi and Mr Muhammad, were exceptional. the spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and proximity to Masjid Al Haram were outstanding. the hotel's affordable rates, on-site mosque, and convenience of nearby shops added to the overall appeal. I appreciated the accommodating service, late checkout assistance, and secure luggage storage.
