The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to everything in Patong beach, including the nightlife and shops. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience.

I had a delightful stay at a beachfront hotel in Patong. The room was well-priced and had a sea view with a bathtub. The hotel is conveniently located near the end of the beach and just a short walk to massage parlors, pubs, restaurants, and the beach activity center. The service was exceptional - the hotel even arranged for their electrician to drive us to the airport when taxis were unavailable. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, right on the main beach in Patong. The views from the rooms are absolutely magnificent, especially if you opt for a balcony. The hotel staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient and the housekeeping staff kept everything clean and tidy.

That the bathroom could use some improvement. The shower setup was not ideal, as there were no shower curtains and the whole bathroom would get wet after a shower.

The Christmas decorations were nice and the staff were friendly. the location was great as it was right in the heart of everything and the beach was just a short walk away. the breakfast was good enough to start the day and we appreciated the fresh fruit.

The stairs were the biggest problem, especially for my parents who are both over 60. They had a hard time climbing up to their room on the top floor.

I loved the stunning sea view from our small room with a balcony. Watching the scooters zoom by and the food cart across the road was entertaining. The comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and helpful staff added to our pleasant stay. The proximity to a food mart, laundry service, and massage place was convenient. The rustic eatery next door, although a little expensive, served amazing food. The ease of renting chairs and umbrellas at Patong beach, just a short walk away, was great for relaxation. the location, service, and amenities were perfect.

We felt perfectly fine during our stay and had no reason to complain.
