I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, and even a washing machine. I loved how convenient it was to have a supermarket just 20 meters away in case I needed to grab any essentials. The hotel also provided dishwashing liquid and a sponge, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was great, with shops and commercial services nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I was very impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.

The children's playroom is old and in poor condition.

The hotel was located in a great spot, making it easy for us to get around during our Thanksgiving stay. the staff was also very friendly and offered great customer service. the room itself was clean and spacious, and we especially appreciated the convenience of having a mini-fridge and microwave in our room.

the bathroom was quite small, making it a bit uncomfortable at times. while we had a pleasant stay, we would have appreciated more amenities for the price.

During our recent stay at a hotel in Dammam, we were pleasantly surprised by the shaded parking lot available. It was such a relief to know our car was safe from the hot sun. The location was also excellent, allowing us to easily explore the area. The staff were kind and understanding, even allowing a late checkout when we needed it. Additionally, the room was spotless and had a full kitchen, complete with all the utensils and appliances we needed. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a welcome tray with kahwa and chai, although we weren't fans of Arabic coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and helpful staff.
