I recently stayed at a hotel in Lexington with my two daughters, one of whom will be attending the University of Kentucky. The Holiday Inn Express had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, the beds were cozy, and the bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries. It was a nice touch to have tea and coffee provided in the room, and the TV was easy to use. The front desk staff, particularly Jon, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, the Bourbon trail, and the Red River Gorge. a wonderful experience!

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making us feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and lacked nothing. The beds were comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was very convenient, being right off of Loop 4 and in close proximity to downtown restaurants. There was even a shopping center right next to the hotel. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a great range of selections that were prepared with skill and care. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and parking was convenient. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Nothing not to love.

The continental breakfast was great, the receptionist/concierge was fabulous, cleanliness in every aspect of the hotel, great sized room, comfortable beds, great a/c thermostat. RJ was the most exceptional receptionist I think I've ever encountered. She was friendly from the start and so very helpful when it came to recommendations around town. So accommodating.

Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

Nothing it is perfect.

As young people, we really enjoyed the clean and new hotel. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the provided tea and coffee in the room and the availability of hand sanitizing wipes. The TV was easy to use and the bathroom was well stocked with amenities.

I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel had a perfect location, close to all the area attractions and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The service was top-notch, with great room amenities like ironing facilities, mini-bar, and tea/coffee-making facilities. In addition, the staff were very friendly and helpful, from the 24-hour receptionist to the housekeeping staff. The indoor swimming pool and fitness center were also a nice touch.

If you're traveling with your family, I highly recommend staying at this place. The hotel offers everything that you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and it's perfect for all ages.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Lexington. The location was perfect for my trip as it was close to downtown, Keeneland, and other attractions. Even though it wasn't right off the highway, it was still easy to get to and definitely worth it for the price and quality of the hotel. The service from the staff was exceptional, from the front desk where they quickly checked us in and determined our room was still available, to the friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. The basic amenities were all there, and the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Our room was big, clean, and modern with a very comfortable bed. I had a great experience at this hotel.

There were a few aspects of my Christmas stay that left a lot to be desired. the lack of communication about the ongoing construction was extremely disappointing.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Great meeting rooms for special occasions like my mother's birthday party. The staff was friendly and helpful, setting up the tables and chairs and providing tablecloths. They even allowed us to get ice for the party. The guest bathrooms were clean and well-maintained throughout the evening. The hotel staff saved us from a bad experience at another hotel by quickly reserving and cleaning a room for us. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a clean and safe place to stay, even providing bottled water at check-in.

I had to cancel my second night but was not able to receive a refund because I booked through a third party. This was not made clear to me when I called in advance to cancel.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They quickly responded to a last-minute reservation and had a clean room ready for me. The welcoming smile and friendly conversation made me feel right at home. The daily room cleaning and replenishment of amenities were a great touch. Even though there were some minor drawbacks, like the pool towels not being stocked daily, I would still highly recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, it's perfect.

The convenience of the hotel for our New Year's trip was great. It was located near all the attractions we wanted to visit, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

One major downside was the noise insulation in the rooms. We could hear everything from the adjoining rooms, as well as every door slam in the hallway.
