The Novotel lounge is a fantastic place to work, if you're into working in a lobby. The Palm restaurant offers a wide variety of meals in a modern atmosphere, with a lovely view of Tahlia street. The spa facilities are okay, if you're into sweating with strangers.

Novotel, my number one choice in the city, offered reasonably-priced accommodations and a staff that was incredibly friendly and helpful. the room was bright, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. the breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of high-quality food options to choose from. I especially want to thank Mr Abdulkareem at the front desk for his assistance during my stays. I highly recommend Novotel for anyone visiting Jeddah.

The bed room was mind-blowingly spacious and clean, with a jaw-dropping shower and toilet. The front desk lady, M, was super polite and went above and beyond to help us out. The beautiful room had a big French window with an amazing view of the city. The breakfast was good and the staff, especially Mr Ghulam, was cooperative. Room service and housekeeping were fantastic. The sofa bed was super helpful for our kids. Our stay was worth every penny spent.

Located in the heart of the bustling city, this hotel has an enviable location right on the busiest street, close to many attractions and shopping center. The view from the rooftop pool is stunning and the jacuzzi is relaxing. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spacious and clean. Guests will appreciate the well-maintained and well-equipped play area for children.
