We loved how secluded this hotel is! It was so quiet and peaceful here. The service was amazing, they were always available when we needed them. We enjoyed a lot of amenities like the indoor pool and sauna, and the entertainment was great for the kids.

our stay at the hotel was incredible! exceeded our expectations, especially after our previous experience in Ha'il. The staff were so gracious and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the food was delicious. We will definitely come back just to stay here!

Parking was chaotic.

The room was fantastic, very spacious with a huge bed, and the bathroom had both a shower and bath. The breakfast had an excellent choice, and the fitness room and pool area were as expected. Staff was professional and courteous, offering a welcome drink. Toiletries in the washroom were of good quality. The hotel is very new and well-maintained. Room service was prompt and of good quality with generous portions.

We were really impressed with the luxurious amenities at this hotel , from the beautiful spa and wellness center to the stunning outdoor swimming pool. the service was top, notch too, with friendly and attentive staff offering us everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the private facilities , the packed lunches, and the special diet menus that catered to our specific needs.

The only minor issue we experienced was a slight delay in the room service meals, but this is to be expected in such a busy and popular hotel. Despite this small hiccup, we were more than impressed with everything else that this hotel had to offer, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay!

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were pleased with the clear signage leading to the property from the highway. However, the location is quite far from the airport, with limited options for transportation. Despite this, the restaurant was in a convenient location for hearing Athan clearly. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with high-quality toiletries provided in the bathroom. Additionally, the staff provided professional and prompt service throughout the stay.

The breakfast options were lacking and did not seem very fresh.

The hotel served free snacks and champagne at midnight. the hotel staff provided a shuttle service to nearby attractions, which was very convenient. the view from the room was fantastic, as it overlooked the city and surrounding mountains.

The hotel's gym was poorly equipped and in need of updating. the pool was too cold to swim in.
