the staff clearly have no idea how to treat guests, what a shame. tried hailing a taxi for ages, and the restaurant was so tiny, we were practically on each other's laps. absolutely no special treatment, a welcome gift woudl ve been lovely, but i guess they're not into pleasing their guests. really disappointed.

The hotel corridors can feel a bit dim and unkempt!!! The room amenities lack a coffee machine and need some refurbishment!!! Finding a drink during the stay was frustrating!!! Some rooms had uncomfortable bed issues!!!

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially how the lobby created such a welcoming vibe and my room was just stunning! The indoor pool and the relaxing sauna were highlights for unwinding after busy days. I had an experience where the staff took a long time to provide room service. The burger I ordered was not cooked as I requested, and the quality was disappointing. I faced issues with my suite not being ready at check-in, but a manager helped resolve it after some effort. Overall, the stay had its challenges, but I enjoyed the space and amenities offered. My appreciation for art history made me appreciate the traditional elements in the hotel’s design.

I gave it a shot

The experience had its ups and downs. The spacious rooms were cozy, and the breakfast provided a delightful variety. Yet, the food quality left something to be desired, especially during Ramadan. The staff were welcoming, particularly Mr Rameez, who ensured our needs were met. A commendable effort, but room for improvement exists.

Recommend it for family vacationers

Had a great time with my family there. The pool area was perfect for us, music playing while we enjoyed the water, it was like a mini vacation in itself. The room was spacious enough to fit our family comfortably, clean and warm, just what we needed after a day out.

Not the cheapest place on the block but still well worth it for the experience, especially considering the amenities.
