We loved how secluded this hotel is! It was so quiet and peaceful here. The service was amazing, they were always available when we needed them. We enjoyed a lot of amenities like the indoor pool and sauna, and the entertainment was great for the kids.

our stay at the hotel was incredible! exceeded our expectations, especially after our previous experience in Ha'il. The staff were so gracious and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the food was delicious. We will definitely come back just to stay here!

Parking was chaotic.

The room was fantastic, very spacious with a huge bed, and the bathroom had both a shower and bath. The breakfast had an excellent choice, and the fitness room and pool area were as expected. Staff was professional and courteous, offering a welcome drink. Toiletries in the washroom were of good quality. The hotel is very new and well-maintained. Room service was prompt and of good quality with generous portions.

The entertainment was great too - we enjoyed the seasonal indoor pool and leisure area, as well as the stunning sun terrace with its breathtaking views.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were pleased with the clear signage leading to the property from the highway. However, the location is quite far from the airport, with limited options for transportation. Despite this, the restaurant was in a convenient location for hearing Athan clearly. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with high-quality toiletries provided in the bathroom. Additionally, the staff provided professional and prompt service throughout the stay.

The breakfast options were lacking and did not seem very fresh.

The hotel served free snacks and champagne at midnight. The hotel staff provided a shuttle service to nearby attractions, which was very convenient. The view from the room was fantastic, as it overlooked the city and surrounding mountains.

The hotel's gym was poorly equipped and in need of updating. The pool was too cold to swim in.
