The room was so cozy with a comfortable bed and a lovely seating area. I loved having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a minibar, making it feel like home.

I wasn't a big fan of the sofa in the room, but others might find it comfy.

As friends who enjoy going out at night, we appreciated the excellent shuttle service provided by the hotel. It made getting around much more convenient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Western and Arabian cuisine, as well as a great selection of pastries. The hotel facility and rooms were also excellent in terms of cleanliness and comfort. We look forward to coming back to this hotel soon.

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel! The breakfast buffet was amazing and the hotel service and comfort exceeded my expectations. It's excellent value for the cost and much better than expensive hotels charging the same price. I recommend taking an Uber or taxi when returning from Haram for convenience.

The room amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and soundproofed rooms ensured that I had a comfortable stay. The staff here is exceptional and made sure that I had everything I needed, from the shuttle service to the mosque to the in-room breakfast. The leisure facilities like the fitness centre made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel itself is incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel comfortable and at home throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of options for everyone's taste. The hotel's amenities, such as the free shuttle service to the Alharam every half an hour, added to the convenience and enhanced my overall experience.
