The staff, including Abeer, Sahar, Essam, and Riyadh, were friendly. I appreciated their assistance and enjoyable conversations during my stay. a fantastic hotel with a helpful and friendly team.

The prompt email of our bill upon checkout was also a nice touch. The hotel was fantastically clean and our corner room offered amazing city and airport views through huge windows. The decorations and mood lighting were on point, making it feel like home. We definitely plan to visit again.

Check-in was quick and easy, and they attended to all of our queries in a fast and efficient manner. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with a fresh and clean design, giving it a European feel. The location was perfect for our needs, and the value for money compared to other hotels in the area was great. We will definitely be returning for our future business trips to Jeddah. The breakfast had plenty of choices, and ample parking was available.
