We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The location in the old part of the city was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all the historic sites. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping all provided promptly and efficiently. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The rooftop breakfast with a view of the Duomo was a highlight, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel also offered a range of leisure facilities, including a spa and wellness center with an infinity pool and sun terrace. We truly felt pampered and relaxed during our stay here.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was amazing. We loved the stunning design that showed attention to detail, with beautiful fresh flowers in the room and clever use of space in the bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations on places to visit and where to park our rental car. the location was fantastic, close to historic sites, nice restaurants, and nightlife. Bonus points for the rooftop terrace with the pool and breakfast service, which was rich and delicious.

Although the balcony was advertised in the room description, it turned out to be too small for chairs and a good view. the bathroom taps were too high, making it hard to wash our faces without splashing water all over the basin and floor.
