We had a great stay at the hotel, Prime Al Hamra. The location was perfect, surrounded by lively areas and close to popular attractions. It was convenient to explore the city without needing a car. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. They promptly addressed any issues we had. The breakfast was delicious, well-organized, and the manager, Mr. Mahmood, made us feel valued. The rooms and toilets were spacious, modern, and well-maintained. a fantastic experience at Prime Al Hamra.

Enjoyed a drink at the bar and appreciated the complimentary newspapers. Shopping nearby was so convenient! The hotel staff were always there for me, all day long. How wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The staff was exceptional, very friendly, and always there to help us out. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed like air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was amazing, with a large variety of choices including fresh pastries, veggies, and other delicious foods. The 24-hour room service was prompt and always exceeded our expectations. The indoor swimming pool with sun loungers and the jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a long day.

I recently stayed at Prime Al Hamra for a business trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the health club facilities were great, complete with a gym and sauna. We spent a great Christmas holiday in a centrally located hotel that offered amazing complimentary facts such as a well-equipped gym and a nice swimming pool. The spacious rooms were always kept clean and had very comfortable beds. One of the best aspects was the friendly staff who were always happy to help with any queries.

The bathroom had a pungent smell that didn't go away even after the cleaner was informed. The heating system of the shower was likewise problematic, cutting off the hot water without warning.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the corniche, allowing easy access to the waterfront and its attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for both adults and children. The breakfast offered is delicious and the guest staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

The parking area is small and narrow, making it difficult for even small cars to maneuver.
