Pullman in Madina provided a fantastic stay for my family of 7. the hotel was clean, with daily room cleaning services. the staff, including Mutaz Al Ahmady, were professional and ensured our PCR test follow-up with the clinic was smooth.

Location was spot on – close to Haram with a stunning view from our room. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Loved the jacuzzi and the comfy beds for downtime after a long day of sightseeing. Had a bit of a wait upon arrival, but once sorted out, the service improved – just some minor hiccups with room cleaning and reception efficiency. 😊

we had a fantastic stay at The Pullman. The location was superb, just a minute walk to Rawdha and Baqee. The staff, including Brother Ala, Brother Haseeb ul Hassan, and Brother Ibraheem, were exceptional and made our stay special. The breakfast view was amazing, overlooking Rawdha Rasool and Jannatul Baqee. The new building was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and great parking options.

I particularly enjoyed the in-room breakfast with a beautiful view. the staff at the restaurant were professional and courteous, making dining a delightful experience.

I absolutely adored the elegant decoration in the hotel's common areas, with beautiful traditional accents and comfortable seating, making it a serene and inviting space for senior guests. The accessibility for senior people, particularly the proximity to the Haram and the provision of shuttle service, made it convenient for me and fellow elders to visit the mosque easily and comfortably.

I would only wish for better vacation experiences for senior people by having the young staff be more attentive to the unique needs of elderly guests.

Indulging in local flavors made our taste buds dance with joy. The breakfast spread was a delightful homage to Medina's culinary treasures, and the Bangladeshi staff members showered us with warmth. The room's spaciousness and proximity to Masjid al-Nabawi added a special charm to our stay.

When we ventured to dine at the hotel's cafe, the experience fell short of our expectations. The property's age showed, with a lingering drainage smell in the washroom.

The helpful staff and amenities like Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, and express check-in made my first stay memorable. With a perfect match for my needs, I always return for city breaks.

During my recent business trip to Medina, my director chose Pullman Zamzam Madina for our accommodations. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable twin beds, complete with crisp white linens and plush pillows that inspired much-needed rest and relaxation after a busy day of meetings and travel. The hotel's modern facilities and convenient location near the mosque made it the perfect choice for our stay.

Enjoyed my stay at Pullman Zamzam Madina. Room and location were great. Breakfast on the rooftop with a stunning view was a highlight. However, experienced delays in room change. Parking facility and breakfast quality were impressive. Staff was friendly. good value for money.

The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the reception staff were friendly and able to communicate with us in our preferred language. The room service was amazing, and we particularly want to highlight Mr Rajib Hassan for his exceptional service. The hotel management should definitely promote him for his outstanding dedication to guest satisfaction. it was an excellent experience for us as a couple.

the hotel's proximity to the Prophet's mosque is unbeatable, with just a maximum of 5 minutes to reach the mosque. We highly recommend this hotel for those going to Madinah for Umrah. the breakfast buffets were impressive, offering a variety of meals to cater to different needs. the staff at the reception gave us a warm welcome, and we were pleased with the spacious rooms and the availability of basement parking. the hotel also provides a free shuttle service to the ladies' entrance, which is a great convenience.
