The location is perfect, as it is close to two big malls and opposite Alsalam mall. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were pleased to find a parking lot available, and the transportation options were convenient. The hotel staff, especially Ms. Nawal at the reception desk, were extremely friendly and efficient. They made sure our check-in process was smooth and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious, and there were no complaints about the internet speed. we were impressed with the service and amenities offered.

The pool wasn't clean and wasn't worth visiting.

The value for money at Radisson Blu was excellent - clean, comfortable room and great location close to work and two big malls. The staff, especially the GM, were friendly and attentive, offering top-notch service.

During my New Year's stay, I particularly enjoyed the complimentary fruit basket and bottle of water in the room upon arrival. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with several shops and restaurants within walking distance. I appreciated the 24-hour room service, as I arrived late at night and was able to order food at any time.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance in certain areas. The gym equipment was outdated and some machines were not functioning properly.
