I recently stayed at Raffles Palace in Mecca for a week-long pilgrimage. The hotel's location was ideal, just a 3-minute walk to the Kaaba. The spacious and well-furnished room was kept immaculately clean by the attentive housekeeping staff. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, with professional and friendly staff always ready to assist. The room service, although a bit pricey, was worth it for the quality and deliciousness of the food. Additionally, the 24-hour room service ensured that I never had to go outside the hotel for meals. The hotel provided a convenient alarm for the "athan" prayer call, which I could easily control. Another standout feature was the 24-hour butler service, offering complimentary coffee and tea. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was absolutely delightful, with a wide variety of delicious dishes available. The reception staff was efficient and made the check-in and check-out process quick and seamless. I am definitely planning to return to this fantastic hotel.

This hotel is conveniently situated close to shopping centers and a mosque, all in one enclosed area. The room is spacious with a fully stocked minibar and luxurious bathroom amenities. The hotel staff is courteous and professional, always eager to assist with any requests. Breakfast has a great variety of local and international food options, including freshly squeezed juice and artisanal honey.

The hotel lacks some basic amenities such as power adapters and irons, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

Location is unbeaten, overlooking the holy site. Room service, car hire, 24-hour room service, bell staff, and housekeeping are all top notch. In-room amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar are excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The exclusive Spa centre provided a relaxing escape, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage available. The private facilities added an extra touch of elegance to our stay, and the hotel's convenient location made for easy access to the Holy Mosque.

The hotel's restaurant was a slight disappointment, with limited options and high prices. However, the in-room breakfast more than made up for it, with a delicious spread delivered straight to our door.

The Massage and Turkish bath were the perfect way to unwind after a long day of visiting the location advantages nearby. To top it all off, the Halal food and In-room breakfast were superb.

There was only one minor issue that caught our attention during our stay. The private facilities were not as exclusive as we expected.

Big NO! After saving money for a romantic escape, we chose to stay in the most upscale hotel on the Clock Tower. the two complementary facts offered were with bad quality when requested. the key location was good, but I already regretted the decision of staying here. the only advantage I enjoyed was the view of the holy city from the window.

The worst aspects of this hotel were the rude staff and the small rooms. the staff was clueless and didn't know how to assist us with the problems we faced.

The facility itself was lovely, and we especially enjoyed the spa for some much-needed relaxation after our Umrah. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive and sincere. The manager at breakfast stood out with their exceptional service, and the ladies at reception made check-in and check-out a breeze. In-room dining was consistently good, with our food always delivered promptly. The hotel even went the extra mile by calling us the day we got home to wish us an accepted Umrah and to ensure our overall experience was great. The great WiFi, polite and helpful staff, and the hotel's prime location just a stone's throw away from the Holy Mosque were all added bonuses.
