This hotel was a great value for my money. Its location in Old Dubai made it easy to travel to all the tourist areas. The staff provided excellent service and attention to detail. The room with a kingsize bed was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed. The breakfast with a multi-cuisine spread was delicious and satisfying.

No aspect needs improvement; all was fine.

Our stay at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The location is very convenient, with a bus stop and the Al Waleed Metro station just a short walk away. We also appreciated having a local grocery store right next door for any necessities. For those looking for authentic Indian cuisine, Meena Bazar is just a stone's throw away, offering delicious vegetarian meals. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The bathroom was well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. The breakfast served at the hotel was delightful, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offered excellent facilities, such as a restaurant with a tempting menu and a reliable taxi service.

It's worth mentioning that some areas of the hotel appeared dated and in need of refurbishment.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Dubai and were delighted to receive complementary breakfast and an airport transfer, which made our arrival much smoother. the location was perfect, right next to shopping malls and restaurants. the furnishings throughout the hotel were quite impressive, with a modern touch that made for a unique experience.

Our stay was marred by poor air quality, which made us uncomfortable in our rooms. the staff were not welcoming and did not make an effort to be helpful or accommodating.

As a business traveler, I really appreciated the easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and the close proximity of all branches of the main banks. The Burjuman metro station and bus station were also conveniently nearby. The hotel had a great bar/club with shishas and music, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room cleaning and laundry services were efficient. I also loved the complimentary minty dates/sweets in the room.

Felt right at home, no reason to complain.

I had a fantastic stay at Howard Johnson Bur Dubai. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Ejaz, the duty manager. He went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was smooth and even upgraded our room. The WiFi had a few hiccups initially but was fantastic for the rest of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, diverse dining options, close to metro, trustworthy staff, early check-in accommodated, polite and friendly service.
