Great value for money with clean and comfortable chalet accommodation. The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the caves. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could have been better, perhaps with more variety or options.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the middle of all the activities. There are nice restaurants close by and it's very close to the Gloworm caves. The room was clean and tidy, the staff very pleasant, and the facilities well-maintained.

The hot water in the bathroom and kitchen was too hot and could be a safety hazard, especially for children.

Lovely location, perfect position. Great facilities, lots for kids to do - pool, spa, park. Beautiful view from cabin. Staff were great. Food options and small store close. Very close to all caves and tours.

top 10 was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, with plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils. We were pleasantly surprised when our friends were given a larger chalet at no extra charge so we could be next door. the beautiful setting and trampoline made it a hit with the kids. There were also rules in place for using the facilities, which we appreciated. Plus, it's just a short walk to the caves!

The pool, beds, and glowworm walk were perfect. Comfy, quiet, and helpful staff. Lovely chalet with great amenities, including a deck with a view. Convenient location near caves and good food. Great customer service and immediate help with bookings.

Nothing to dislike.

Close proximity to the famous glowing worm cave, providing a unique experience of Waitomo location. the accommodation provided warmth on entry due to a preheated room is plus point. the ability to park one's vehicle is an option available to make life easier.

The cost charged was exorbitant in comparison with many five-star establishments, charging a high rate per person. few or no insect screens appeared on the windows and doors, resulting in the discomfort of sleeping without being attacked by insects all night.
