Great value for money with clean and comfortable chalet accommodation. The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the caves. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the middle of all the activities. There are nice restaurants close by and it's very close to the Gloworm caves. The room was clean and tidy, the staff very pleasant, and the facilities well-maintained.

The hot water in the bathroom and kitchen was too hot and could be a safety hazard, especially for children.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Waitomo and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was within a short drive to nearby attractions and basic amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with valuable information about the area. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the view from the balcony was absolutely lovely. I especially enjoyed the sitting area and the dining table, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. The hotel also had a swimming pool and spa, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

top 10 was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, with plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils. We were pleasantly surprised when our friends were given a larger chalet at no extra charge so we could be next door. the beautiful setting and trampoline made it a hit with the kids. There were also rules in place for using the facilities, which we appreciated. Plus, it's just a short walk to the caves!

The cabin was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The heating was on before our arrival, making our room warm and cozy. The location was convenient, being close to the caves, shops, and cafes. The proximity to the glow worms cave was a major plus. The presence of a swimming pool and heated dipping pool was a bonus. There was a nice children's playground nearby. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Close proximity to the famous glowing worm cave, providing a unique experience of Waitomo location. the accommodation provided warmth on entry due to a preheated room is plus point. the ability to park one's vehicle is an option available to make life easier.

The cost charged was exorbitant in comparison with many five-star establishments, charging a high rate per person. few or no insect screens appeared on the windows and doors, resulting in the discomfort of sleeping without being attacked by insects all night.

I recently stayed at Waitomo Top 10 Holiday Park for a family vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the units were spacious and spotless. Although it was too cold for the swimming pool, the hot tub was a great alternative. The playground was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The nearby Ruakuri bush walk was ideal for young children. The Huhu café next to the park was affordable and served excellent food, with a great kids menu. The toilets and showers were extra clean and lovely. The staff were welcoming and one even opened the door for us before check-out. it was a fantastic experience.
