We had an exceptional stay at a hotel in Jubail. The location was perfect, with plenty of food options and a baqala within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, providing a calm environment for our family with two small kids. The breakfast, delivered right to our room, was a great convenience. The staff was kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. it was a positive experience with excellent service and facilities.

The gym and table tennis area had an unpleasant smell that could be improved.

The location of the hotel was excellent with all basic necessities nearby. Our spacious room was comfortable and had two additional chairs and a table. the breakfast was generous and delicious, and there were two complementary water bottles and tea bags in the room.

The bathroom was missing soap and slippers, and we had to request them multiple times without any avail. the cleaning of the room was not up to the mark, and we had to call multiple times to remind them.
