The luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded our expectations. the spa services were exceptional, particularly the full body massage and Turkish bath. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided an idyllic spot to relax. the dining options were impressive, especially the special diet menus that catered to our dietary restrictions. the private facilities were exclusive and added to the intimate feel of the venue.

The only minor issue we experienced was the limited poolside snack bar menu. Otherwise, the location and service were impeccable.

Great way to start the new year! the hotel was squeaky clean, the staff were amazing and the breakfast was delicious. the location was also perfect - close to everything but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. the room was comfortable and cozy, complete with all the amenities you could need for a long stay. the gym was also fully equipped which was a huge bonus.

The bathroom. It had no proper cover in the shower area, so the water would easily splash out and make the bathroom floor wet and slippery.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to Oud square and delicious dining options. The spa was a highlight, providing a truly amazing experience. The staff members were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be coming back.

The bedrooms had comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and the swimming pool was suitable for families. The restaurant staff were welcoming and the food was good.

The apartment had a spacious and luxurious design, with 2 entrances and large windows that let in plenty of light. The kitchen-living area was fully equipped with appliances like a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. There were also comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, providing all necessary amenities like bathrobes, toiletries, and towels. Additionally, the location of the apartment was convenient, being close to several attractions and near a square.

The breakfast options were limited and the staff at the kitchen were not up to par, with an unpleasant experience with the assistant lady manager.
