The hotel is conveniently located close to government offices and is not far from the city center. It is also easily accessible as it is close to the train station. Although the neighborhood may seem odd, the hotel provides a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms are clean, with well-maintained bed sheets and comfortable beds. The staff is helpful and the reception staff is particularly commendable. The hotel also offers a good breakfast with hospitable staff. One can also enjoy the convenience of having a hypermarket across the road.

The location was very close to many popular sites like Riyadh Zoo & Kingdom Tower, making it convenient for sightseeing. The hotel had a swimming pool and gym facilities, which were well-maintained and enjoyable to use.
