Loved lounging by the pool at Oasis Pool Café, sipping mocktails like a fancy lady. The fitness club had all the latest equipment, not that I used it. Club Rotana made me feel extra special, just what I need.

Who needs good WiFi when they charge so much for a room? Not me apparently.

Located in the heart of downtown, this hotel offers easy access to shopping malls and is situated close to the business district. The comfortable rooms and spacious bathrooms are well-maintained, and the staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. The breakfast buffet is a delightful experience with a wide range of delicious options for all palates. The hotel also features impressive facilities such as a well-equipped gym and a picturesque pool.

The hotel's lack of soundproofing may disrupt light sleepers.

My stay at Rayhaan By Rotana was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. I had an issue with the shower but it was resolved quickly. The food was delicious and the location was convenient for my business needs. I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. The hotel had an exceptional ambiance and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even went out of their way to assist me as a disabled guest.

I felt genuine care and hospitality throughout my stay, without any complaints at all.

Central location, friendly staff who offer a warm welcome even in the wee hours. Free upgrade to an incredible room which was impressive. Clean, quiet and speedy WiFi service which never dropped out. Would definitely stay again.

Rayhaan By Rotana did an excellent job arranging transportation from the airport, which made my late-night arrival comfortable. they provided parking space, which was essential for me as I had plans to visit the Edge of the World. It seemed that few hotels in the city center offer this service. I particularly loved the tasty coffee and the fast room service.

there were some lights that were not working in my room.

This hotel is a luxury heaven. the exclusive amenities, including an indoor pool and full-service Spa & wellness centre, exceeded my expectations. the Sauna and Turkish bath provided a much-needed relaxing experience while the Head massage topped off a perfect day. The rooftop pool with Sun loungers and Beach umbrellas granted a memorable and energizing stay. Cons: the Buffet breakfast was the only minor drawback. Although it was quite good, I expected more from a hotel of this caliber.

This hotel was the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. the room was cozy and intimate, with soft lighting and comfortable bedding. We enjoyed complimentary chocolates and a bottle of champagne upon arrival, which really added to the romantic atmosphere. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety of options to choose from.

the soundproofing in the room was not great and we were able to hear noise from other guests in the hallway. the bathroom was a bit outdated and could have done with some renovation.
