I got great value for my money at Saja Al Madinah. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Gate 311 of Masjid Nabi. We stayed at a hotel in Medina for 5 nights with our family. We initially booked a room with 4 beds, but after 2 days, the hotel upgraded us to a 2-bed suite without any extra charges. This was a fantastic gesture from them. On the day of our checkout, our flight was scheduled for 9 pm, and the hotel allowed us to checkout at 6 pm, which was a great convenience. The hotel staff, especially the receptionists, were very cooperative and committed to ensuring our satisfaction. We also had a great experience with Rana from the quality control team. Additionally, the location of the hotel was good, and we appreciated the welcoming tea/coffee upon arrival. The window in our room offered a nice view, and the beds were comfortable. The furniture had a stylish design, and we loved the unique and stylish lamps. The presence of USB chargers in the room was a pleasant surprise, and we found the parking facilities to be amazing.
