Compared to other stays, the staff here at this hotel was very warm and welcoming. They were very cooperative, especially the receptionist. the room service was great as they always checked in to see if everything was okay. the location is fantastic, just a short 5-6 minute walk to the masjid. the rooms were spacious and clean, making the stay very comfortable.

One area that could be improved is the breakfast setup. Sometimes there were long waiting times for live counters, and the menu was a bit average.

The Saja offers an ideal location, just a 3-minute walk to Almasjid Al Nabawai. the reception upgraded my room without me requesting it, ensuring a pleasant stay.
