We loved this place! The location of this hotel is amazing, right next to a big Mosque and easy to find. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to details. They had great service options, like room service and car hire, and the room amenities were fantastic, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. Plus, the leisure options were top-notch, with an indoor swimming pool, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi.

Beautifully designed lobby with Arabic coffee and dates station. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Welcoming and helpful staff, including the duty manager, floor supervisor, and room boy. Great value for money, especially considering the location. Will definitely stay again.

The three-bedroom suite at Shaza Riyadh was like a cozy haven with its soothing colors and spacious layout. As someone who appreciates serene surroundings, I felt instantly relaxed and at home.

Personally, I found the lighting in the suite a bit dim, but others might find it cozy.

Location was great, very close to the largest Mosque in the city. The room was spacious and clean; and the furniture was very good. However, the restaurant was not really good and the breakfast was just average.

The service was not so good. Receptionist charged me extra for an early check-in and refused to give me even one hour late check-out.

The hotel's local architecture and welcoming team made our stay in Riyadh memorable. Despite the location being a bit far from the center, the comfortable rooms and great breakfast made up for it. we recommend this hotel.

My city break was amazing! The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of options that could be customized. And to top it off, the coffee was delicious and made with a French press. The location was perfect and close to everything I needed. the valet car parking and express check-in and check-out services made the stay hassle-free.

There were some downsides. Room service was slow and didn't always meet my needs, particularly when it came to fresh towels and basic amenities.

This hotel fulfilled my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. The spa and wellness center at this venue is exceptional, offering full body massages, steam rooms, Turkish baths, and more. The heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi were clean and well-maintained. The restaurant served an array of dishes, making my in-room breakfast and private facilities enjoyable. The location was convenient with plenty of parking space and a beautiful garden area.

The language barrier with some of the security staff. However, the hotel staff made up for it with their excellent service, especially Jamal from room service, who provided great food and service beyond excellence.

I recently stayed at Shaza in Riyadh for a few days and it was a delightful experience. From the warm and friendly staff to the efficient service, everything was top-notch. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms were impressive, and the delicious breakfast exceeded my expectations. Special mention goes to the staff who made our stay extra special by granting our request for a complimentary dessert to celebrate a special occasion. Shaza will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Riyadh.

We had a fantastic stay at Shaza! The staff, with the exception of one manager, were wonderful and made our experience memorable. The hotel itself was comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Special thanks to Mohsen in housekeeping, Amjad in reservation, Mazen, Omar. They truly made our stay a happy one. The room was spacious and clean, with great furniture. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a good variety of options. The pillow provided was especially comfy. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, close to Alrajhi mosque.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Riyadh and had a wonderful experience. The room at Shaza was spacious and well-equipped, with a fridge and washing machine. The furniture was great and the bed was extremely comfortable, especially the pillow. The breakfast selection was impressive, with tasty options like omelet, fresh orange juice, and milk. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with everything I needed close by. The staff was excellent and the service was top-notch. I would highly recommend Shaza for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
