We had a wonderful family stay at Spectrums Residence for 2 nights. The spacious serviced apartment felt just like home, the rooms and beddings were clean, and the staff was friendly. We loved the self-laundry area and the good breakfast options. The late checkout was a kind gesture from the receptionist. The colorful interiors and well-organized facilities added to our pleasant experience. The hotel even provided a 10-liter water can instead of small bottles, which was a thoughtful touch. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff at Spectrums Residence were incredibly attentive and provided exceptional customer service. Ziyad at reception went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the hotel manager, AlBarraa, personally checked in to ensure our satisfaction. The housekeeping staff also deserves appreciation for their thorough cleaning of the spacious apartments. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, and the waiting staff were friendly and accommodating. The reception staff, including Mr. Mustafa, were friendly and always had a smile on their face. the staff made our stay enjoyable and memorable.
