The parking area can only accommodate a limited number of cars, leading to congestion and inconvenience for guests trying to enter or exit.

This hotel exceeded our expectations during our New Year stay. We were pleasantly surprised when we received complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, close to restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. We also enjoyed the gym facilities that were well-equipped.

The staff was not always responsive to our requests and the service could be improved. the cleanliness of the room could have been better as we noticed some areas that were not properly cleaned.

We, as young holiday goers, loved the fantastic view from our room on the 11th floor. The location was great, and the staff, especially the polite Saudi guys at the reception, were responsive and helpful. The room size was impressive, and we appreciated that it was quiet, with no noise from outside. The room service had a decent menu and reasonable prices compared to other hotels.

We felt very well looked after during our stay and had no complaints.
