Had a FANTASTIC STAY in the hotel at Clock tower! the room with great views was breathtaking. Friendly staff at reception desk. Would choose this place again. Photos don't do justice!

The stay was pleasant with efficient check-in procedures and helpful staff, especially Hashem at the reception who made the process smooth and fast. the proximity to Al Haram and the stunning view enhanced the overall experience.

Swissotel offers a great location near Haram, with two convenient routes to the mosque through a mall or a scenic side street. Rooms with a Haram view are worth the investment, and the city view is lovely. Additionally, guests can enjoy a nice variety of breakfast options.

During my transit in Mecca, I had the pleasure of staying at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah. The direct access to the holy mosque from Ibrahim Al-Khalil street made it incredibly convenient for guests to visit the sacred site. the spacious and stylish Junior Suites offered stunning views of Masjid Al Haram, providing a sense of tranquility and serenity.

One minor inconvenience I encountered was the limitation on empty taxis entering the area. This meant that arranging transportation upon checking out required some additional coordination.

The experience at the reception was reminiscent of a comedy of errors, akin to a scene from a classic sitcom. It's a tale to regale friends with, adding a touch of humor to the overall stay.

swissotel exceeded my expectations this time with excellent rooms, food, and service. the location was not crowded and the staff were friendly. we enjoyed the breakfast and wished to stay longer to enjoy it again.

Difficult access, had to walk carrying bags.

Jaw-dropping location just steps away from the holy mosque. Direct access to a mall with everything you need. Amazing rooms with extra comfy beds and exceptional views. GREAT room service and housekeeping. Breakfast is amazing, just a bit odd that it's not included in the room bill. Polite, welcoming, and helpful staff. Clean and spacious bathrooms with disabled facilities. Easy access to prayer with live speaker. Super friendly reception staff, especially Abdul. Convenient 5-minute walk to the haram. Cooperative staff, especially Salah who helped with luggage.

For the price we paid, our stay at Swissotel was definitely worth it. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel's location near Masjid-Al Haram was ideal and made it convenient for us to perform Umrah and attend Salah in the mosque. The staff, especially Khulood at reception, went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their service was truly five-star quality.

The morning meal at Swissotel could be improved by offering a wider variety of breakfast options.

During our stay at Swissotel, we found our room to be basic yet great for its purpose. Its close proximity to the Haram allowed us to easily access the mosque in two different ways - either through the mall or through a side street with shops lining both sides. The walk to the mosque took around 10 minutes, and we were able to appreciate the view of the Haram from our room. The breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The welcoming gesture by the guest relationships manager, Mr. Raaed, exceeded our expectations. He provided us with a room that had a fantastic view of the Kaaba, making my wife's first visit to Makkah a memorable experience. We also received excellent customer service from Mr. Mohamed Fawzy at Al Khairat restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Additionally, the delicious Italian cuisine prepared by the talented chef, Mr. Aqeb, was a standout, reminding us of our experience in Rome. We were impressed by his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our feedback was taken into account.

The staff were super helpful, especially Mr Ali Almalki who really went out of his way. The hotel's location is unbeatable; you can basically walk to Haram in no time. The suite we stayed in was gorgeous, spacious, and the breakfast spread was top-notch. 🌟 Elevators were conveniently quick, and the only downside was the occasional noise from neighboring rooms, but nothing major. a fantastic stay worth considering for a return visit.

Staying at Al Maqam was a delightful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even upgrading our room upon learning we were first-time visitors. It was convenient being so close to the prayer area, with the sound of the adhan easily heard. The room service was excellent, and the location, near restaurants and with a view of the Kaaba, was perfect for families. The housekeeping team was polite and efficient, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Despite the multiple lifts to access the Haram, Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah offered exceptional service, delicious buffet breakfast, proximity to shops, and clean rooms. The staff was professional and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The upgrade to a Kaba view room was a memorable highlight.
