The lobby was stunning and the staff were exceptional, especially Nisham who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Despite a damp room, the staff were quick to upgrade us and fix the issue. Breakfast was delicious and the location was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay here. The location is perfect as it is near market shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff at the reception desk were very accommodating and even gave us a free upgrade upon request. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax while enjoying the sunshine.

The room at The Hotel Galleria By Elaf was like a cozy oasis, with complimentary coffee, a lush bathroom with a deep soaking bathtub, and a refreshing mini-bar. As a nature lover, I felt truly pampered and connected to the earth in this serene space.

The tile/marble floor in the air-conditioned single room felt a bit chilly under my feet.

Friendly staff, efficient check-in process, and personalized arrangements available upon request. Excellent dining options available, particularly the steakhouse on the sixth floor. Room service and housekeeping are of the highest quality. Good location for F1 racing events and other activities in the surrounding area. Impressive amenities, including a well-equipped ladies' gym and strong WiFi connectivity.

The staff attitude was exceptional, especially Al Waleed - a professional gentleman with great manners and attitude. The hotel is a state of art, with clean surroundings and marvelous architecture. The location is in the best area in Jeddah, with plenty of amenities nearby. I recently stayed at Hotel Galleria By Elaf for 9 nights during the Formula 1 races. The location was convenient, with various attractions nearby. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly fast, thanks to the efficient and helpful receptionist Mr. Abdulgader. The hotel staff, including the porters, manager, and breakfast waiters/chefs, were exceptional and truly cared about ensuring a great experience. The gym facilities were impressive, with separate sections for males and females. The hotel itself is grand and elegant, with a stunning atrium and a wide range of dining options. The staff's professionalism and hospitality made my stay truly five-star worthy.

The restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast, and the rooftop pool had a sun terrace with beach umbrellas.

There was only one minor issue during our stay, the spa and wellness center was not working. Despite this, there were still many other amenities available to make our stay enjoyable.

The room was spacious and had all the facilities needed. The location was superb. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had a pool deck with a lifeguard and a pool with both shallow and deep ends. The breakfast restaurant had active waiters and waitresses who helped everyone. The staff spoke English and were polite.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints.

The breakfast was tasty and included a variety of options. the undercover car park was convenient and kept our car out of the direct sunlight. the hotel was in a great location close to key attractions and public transportation. We also appreciated the helpfulness of some of the staff members.

We also found the housekeeping to be lacking as we had to request additional items that were not provided for us.
