I had a marvelous stay at The Proud Hotel. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, with top-notch furniture and a beautifully designed washroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and even extended my checkout time without any hassle. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my family and friends and look forward to staying here again during my next visit.

While my stay was wonderful overall, there were a few minor inconveniences. The kitchen was not well-equipped with dishes and cooking utensils, and there was no sponge or soap for the kitchen sink.

During our Christmas holiday, we found many things to appreciate about this hotel. the breakfast offered was decent and had a good variety of options. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was centrally located and close to the main attractions of the city. the hotel had free parking onsite, which was a great advantage for us.

There were some things that could be improved. the check-in process was slow and we had to wait longer than expected.

I had a great time staying at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Secondly, the room was very clean and had all the amenities I needed, including an electric kettle and flat-screen TV. Finally, the leisure facilities were fantastic; I particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.

I would highly recommend this venue to my friends.

During our stay, we enjoyed the hotel’s convenient location near restaurants and a major supermarket, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the room was well-designed and equipped with complimentary toiletries. Room service offered healthy options and the kitchen staff was praised for their culinary expertise.

The ACs had difficulty cooling the room and the mattress and pillows were rather uncomfortable.

As bike riders, we were thrilled to find secure bike storage and convenient access to nearby biking trails.
