I recently had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was ideal, overlooking the diplomatic quarters in the capital. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service, car hire, and airport shuttle available. The room decorations were impeccable, with ironing facilities and a minibar. Moreover, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the dining restaurant offered delicious meals. The leisure spa and wellness center was rejuvenating, with a sauna, steam room and a swimming pool. I loved how they provided free Wi-Fi in rooms and there was an on-site car park.

I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a place to stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a luxury hotel in this city. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. There was ample parking available, and transportation services were easily accessible. The location was perfect, especially at night, offering a beautiful ambiance. The staff, from Mr. Sattam to Chef Banan, were amazing. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs as a picky eater. I have stayed at four different Ritz Carlton hotels before, but this one stood out. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

The seafood buffet was one of the best in Riyadh, with a wide variety of fresh seafood options. The customer service provided by Mr Mamdouh was exceptional and made our dinner experience memorable.

It would have been great to have a sauna or steam room for women as well.

The new year at the hotel was amazing! The buffet lunch offered a wide variety of over 400 dishes to choose from, and the staff provided excellent service. The bed in the room was beautifully decorated with rose petals and hearts, creating a romantic atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, and the lobby had a fancy and luxurious ambiance.

The check-in process was quite slow and there was some confusion with the seating arrangements in the lobby lounge. It took a while for a waiter to assist me, and I was unfortunately seated in the wrong section initially.

The staff were exceptional, going an extra mile to accommodate our requests. The design of the hotel, both inside and outside, was amazing. Great facilities including pool, spa, and more. The surprise gestures from the staff made our stay unforgettable.
