We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was immaculate and had brand new furniture. It was evident that this hotel takes pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the play area for kids was amazing. The play area attendant was very caring and made us feel at ease knowing that our child was being looked after. The location was also convenient, not far from the haram. Although it was not within walking distance, the hotel provided a shuttle service which made it easy for us to get to the haram.

The only downside we experienced was the parking situation. The hotel does not have its own dedicated parking space, so we had to park on the road.

Located in a peaceful residential area, this hotel offers a fabulous green view. It's reasonably close to the holy mosque, with easily available shuttle service. The clean rooms are modern with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast served is excellent with many options, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities, such as the lobby and parking, are well-maintained.

Despite being located in a peaceful area, the hotel is still a bit far from the holy mosque.

We loved the spacious room size and separate washrooms, perfect for big families. The breakfast package was wonderful and the food was delicious. The hotel facilities, including the playroom for children, were a big hit. The staff was friendly and attentive, always attending to our service requests on time. The free shuttle bus to Masjid al Haram was a convenient transportation option.

The hotel offered two complimentary meals which was a nice touch and helped us save some money. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to main attractions. the room service was prompt and helpful.

Worst aspects of staying at this hotel for new year was that the room was very small and the bathroom was claustrophobic. there were no special arrangements to celebrate new year’s eve.

This hotel is a gem! The location is perfect with easy access to the holy mosque and shuttle bus available during Salah time. The rooms are very comfortable with all basic amenities and some have separate washrooms. The breakfast is included and is very good. The staff is attentive and polite. And to top it off, the value for money is unbeatable!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was positively surprised by the quality of the stay. The location was in a quiet residential area which allowed me to have a peaceful stay. The hotel staff was very attentive and provided excellent room service and housekeeping. I appreciated the availability of shops and commercial services nearby. Additionally, the shuttle service to the holy mosque was free of charge and very efficient. The rooms were soundproofed, clean and modern with all the needed amenities such as air conditioning, electric kettle, and flat-screen tv. The dining option at the restaurant was varied and the in-room breakfast was a nice touch. I was highly satisfied with my stay here.
