But what really made our stay special was Emily's exceptional attention to detail and her ability to cater to all our needs throughout our time in London. I wish every trip had someone as helpful as her. We'll definitely be back soon.

The location was absolutely amazing, right by the park and close to museums. We loved the peaceful atmosphere in the area and the beautiful views of Hyde Park. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even arranging a special birthday surprise for my partner. Additionally, the daily cleaning service and helpful receptionists made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few minor issues with the apartments. The hot water in my first apartment stopped working and despite attempts to fix it, the problem persisted.

The apartment was really beautiful and stylish. It was equipped with everything we needed and was spotless. the location was amazing - we could easily walk to all the major sights and there were plenty of local groceries nearby. We also loved having fresh towels each day and even moisturizer in the bathroom.

It would have been nice to have a more personalized check-in experience and to have someone available at all times for assistance. we enjoyed our stay and had a great trip.
