My recent stay at Violet Hotel was a delightful experience. The reception was quick and the staff went above and beyond by assisting with carrying my luggage to my room and to my car upon check-in and check-out. The hotel and rooms were impeccably clean, and the pleasant smell added to the overall ambiance. The 5G internet was fast and reliable. The hotel's cafe served excellent lattes that I highly recommend. The view from the hotel was breathtaking and added to the enjoyment of my stay. I had a fantastic time and would definitely return.

That the hotel did not provide an iron in the room, and I had to pay an extra fee to have my shirts ironed. This was an inconvenience that I feel should have been included in the basic necessities provided by the hotel.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to the main road. It was also close to a couple of grocery stores and restaurants, which was convenient. The view from the hotel was amazing, especially the panoramic view of Mina. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.

One major drawback was the language barrier as the hotel staff didn't speak English. It was a real struggle to communicate and get our requests understood.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Mecca and had a great experience. The best aspects of my stay were the convenient location and the clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel was situated in a key location, with easy access to different parts of the city. It was also close to the main attractions I wanted to visit, making it convenient for me to travel around. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the housekeeping service was not up to par.

We had a fantastic stay in this cozy apartment located in the heart of the old city. It was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary facilities such as a kettle, fridge, iron, and hairdryer. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the stunning Piazza Duomo. We were able to explore the city easily by foot as everything was within walking distance. The hotel staff, especially Tiziana and her son, were extremely helpful and welcoming. They even arranged for us to be picked up from a nearby parking garage and helped with our luggage. the best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, excellent location near the Duomo, and the friendly staff.

The food was delicious, especially the variety of options available at breakfast. I also enjoyed the sweet treats sold by the guy in the main lobby, they were absolutely yummy! the location of the hotel was convenient, not too far from the main attractions in the city. It was easy to find a taxi nearby whenever we needed to go somewhere.

There were several things that I did not like about my stay at this hotel. the cleanliness was subpar.

The ceremony hall was exceptional, perfect and elegant. The lobby was huge and wonderful. Price was excellent. The pool was cozy with a friendly environment suitable for kids and families. The room was neat and spacious with clean bed-sheets and comforters. The buffet food was tasty with good options. They provided a shuttle service to the masjid al haram. enjoyed my stay and recommend for umrah pilgrims.

I recently stayed at Violet Al Azizia for 6 days during my Umrah trip. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The building design and rooms were impressive, and the beds provided a restful night's sleep. The hotel also had a Kids Area, with the added convenience of being able to monitor them through CCTV from our room. The breakfast served was decent, and the staff, especially Mahmood, were very helpful. They also had massage chairs available for a small fee.

Totally recommend this hotel.
