I chose this hotel for a networking event. the Meeting Manager ensured a successful experience. the facilities like the indoor pool and business center were convenient for my work needs.

There was no hairdresser available on-site, which I needed for my professional appearance during the event.

He treated us like VIP guests and made our experience at Vivid truly memorable. the other receptionists were also very helpful, giving us a warm welcome and attentive assistance throughout our stay. the hotel's corridors had a refreshing scent, creating a pleasant atmosphere as we walked through. the staff's sweet manners and care for the residents were also commendable. It was superb in both quality and quantity, with a variety of options including cheese and salad platters, fruits, eggs, sausages, foul beans. I had a great stay at Vivid Hotel and will definitely choose to stay there again on my next trip to Jeddah, insha'Allah.

The hotel is nicely located near the sea side, giving a serene view from the restaurant. The old corniche and the famous fountain are just a stone's throw away. The spacious rooms offer a comfortable stay with a well-furnished bathroom. The breakfast spread includes mouth-watering dishes that cater to all tastes.

The room service is below average, leaving guests to call for assistance multiple times.

The room was quiet, with functioning A/C. Breakfast served in-room. Receptionist Brother Nabeel provided excellent service, made me feel like a VIP. Will definitely return.
