The TV had YouTube, so we could watch English programs. The location was a short walk to the night bazaar and beside the gate, making it convenient for the airport bus. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel before check-in. the hotel provided a comfortable and excellent stay.

It was easy for me to navigate and there were handrails in strategic places, providing extra support. the hotel's decoration and layout were perfect for a comfortable and enjoyable stay for senior people like myself.

I stayed at a really good location in Chiang Mai called Lanna Thaphae. The hotel had nice spacious modern rooms with massive comfy beds and good air conditioning. Housekeeping came round daily if you wished, which was great. Even though we didn't have the breakfast option, I heard from other guests that it was filling and provided a hot meal. The property itself was modern and situated in a hidden place with other properties being built. The staff were lovely and approachable, always ready to assist when needed. I particularly want to give a shout out to the lady who makes breakfast, as her meals were delicious and satisfying. I had a great experience at Lanna Thaphae and would highly recommend it.

The scented candles used by the hotel were too overpowering and gave me a headache. the wifi was occasionally unstable, which was a minor inconvenience.
