The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my visit. I also appreciated the convenient location, with a nearby mosque just a short taxi or shuttle ride away. The small touches in the lobby, such as refreshing water with lemon and the soothing scent of Bokhoor, added a cozy and welcoming atmosphere to my stay. I would definitely return to this elegant hotel in the future and highly recommend it to others.

the proximity of a mosque just a minute away was convenient for prayers. The shuttle buses provided by the hotel to the key location were helpful, although they were not always accurate in terms of timing. It is recommended to book well in advance to secure affordable prices.

One major issue was the inconsistency of the shuttle bus service, especially when returning from the key location to the hotel. On one occasion, the bus left some guests behind even though they had arrived at the bus station on time.

The staff at the reception are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the Haram, making it convenient for guests to visit. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food. the hotel facilities and room advantages, such as cleanliness and comfort, make it a highly recommended choice for budget travelers.

The Perfect Location: Being just 1.8 km away from Makkah Mall and 5 km from Abraj Al Bait, Wirgan Hotel Al Azizyah ensured that exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, was a breeze. It was like having a treasure trove right at my doorstep.

Limited Shuttle Service.

As women travelling alone, we felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel staff, including Ms. Bashair, were professional and exceptional, providing smooth check-in and check-out processes. The clean rooms and well-maintained lobby added to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location, about 4 km from the Haram, offered a quiet and calm environment, perfect for unwinding. We appreciated the regular bus service to the Haram before prayer times and the availability of free government transportation every 10 minutes. the hotel exceeded our expectations and has become one of our new favorite hotels in Makkah.

This hotel made our Christmas trip unforgettable! We were delighted with the warm hospitality. the complimentary snacks and drinks provided in the lobby were a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the easy access to shopping areas nearby and the shuttle service made it easy and convenient to reach the holy site. the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay.

The bus schedule to the holy site was not synchronized with the changing prayer times and we often found ourselves waiting for a long time to get back to the hotel. the bathrooms in the rooms could also be updated to improve the overall guest experience.

The facilities are outstanding, with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a business center, and a kids club that provided entertainment and leisure activities for children. I also appreciated the hotel's location near many fantastic shops, and the shuttle service that took me to and from the holy mosque every hour was a fantastic bonus.

The only drawback I noticed was the limited food options, particularly for in-room service. Additionally, the prices for the food were slightly high.
