The hotel is beautiful and well-decorated, with lovely Christmas holiday items. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. The location is excellent, with a large pool and beach just across the street. The rooms are tastefully furnished, with nice art and fantastic sea views. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom features a perfect rainfall shower head.

We loved the friendly and professional staff, particularly Aminata, Fode, Olivier, Jean, and Babakar. The restaurant staff were always polite and accommodating. The location, ambience, and ocean views were breathtaking. The infinity pool and beach club were fantastic. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities of a top star hotel. The breakfast had a great variety. The staff even gave us a gift on New Year's Eve.

The restaurant on the terrace had a great atmosphere for a nice dinner. the food was good and the cocktails were well mixed. the location of the hotel was very convenient and central, with everything within walking distance. the spa at the hotel was amazing, with satisfying staff, great products, and a fabulous massage experience. the breakfast spread provided a wide variety of tasty meals, pastries, drinks, fruits, and desserts. the hotel taxi services were reliable with clean cars and polite, flexible, and patient drivers.

Some external services booked from the hotel did not meet the expected standards in terms of timing and quality. the beach club and small private beach could benefit from upgrades and better cleanliness efforts.

Our stay in this hotel was a blast! it was situated in the heart of the city, making it a convenient base for exploring the bustling streets and soaking up the local culture. Secondly, its close proximity to the ferry to Dakar meant easy access to unforgettable island adventures. Additionally, the hotel's sea side location afforded breathtaking sunset views as we relaxed on board. Lastly, the city center location provided us with endless opportunities to people-watch, as beautiful locals paraded by non-stop.

Just one downside was the lack of supervision on the beach, where unaccompanied children often dominated the area with their football games, making it less peaceful for adult guests at times.
