I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa and hair salon which offered great products and services. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions like the ferry and conference center. Plus, the hotel was situated in an area with a constant flow of stylish individuals, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

The restaurant on the terrace had a great atmosphere for a nice dinner. the food was good and the cocktails were well mixed. the location of the hotel was very convenient and central, with everything within walking distance. the spa at the hotel was amazing, with satisfying staff, great products, and a fabulous massage experience. the breakfast spread provided a wide variety of tasty meals, pastries, drinks, fruits, and desserts. the hotel taxi services were reliable with clean cars and polite, flexible, and patient drivers.

Some external services booked from the hotel did not meet the expected standards in terms of timing and quality. the beach club and small private beach could benefit from upgrades and better cleanliness efforts.

The hotel had excellent facilities in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to provide a high level of service. the meals at the restaurant were absolutely amazing, offering a wide range of delicious options. the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, comparable to a European five-star hotel. the wifi connection was surprisingly good, which is not always the case in this kind of country.

The toilets could have been cleaner, and there was an issue with the showers where water would flow out as there were no doors or something to stop it. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience at the hotel was very good.

I recently stayed at Pullman Teranga in Dakar for a week and had a wonderful experience. The staff, particularly Mr. Ndongo and Ms. Gerti, were incredibly helpful and efficient. The hotel itself is lovely, with fun decor and a beautiful pool area right by the ocean. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the a la carte dishes were also delicious. I especially enjoyed the stunning sea view from my room. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

My recent stay at the Pullman was absolutely delightful! The hotel is located in a prime downtown location and offers a large pool right across a quiet side street, with the beach just a few steps away. The recently refurbished interiors are tastefully done, with beautiful furnishings and art throughout. One of the highlights was the terrace overlooking the sea where we enjoyed breakfast and evening drinks, with stunning views. The energy and buzz in the lobby added to the vibrant atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again, although service could be improved.
