We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on one of the main streets and within walking distance to everything. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to help us when we got robbed in the city center. They were like a second family, making all the necessary phone calls and assisting with paperwork. We are extremely grateful and will recommend this hotel to all our friends. The hotel itself had a fresh and elegant ambiance, with modern and cozy rooms. The gym was well-equipped and the steam and sauna rooms were a nice touch. Breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. it was one of the best hotels we've stayed at in the city.

We loved the hotel's great location, making it convenient to go anywhere in this city. It was also close to a pharmacy, restaurant, and a nice coffee shop. The staff, though not fluent in English, were very nice and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast had a wide variety of bread options that were all delicious. The tour desk provided helpful and informative advice for our outings, including a churasscaria show.

We loved the central location, close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff at reception, especially Jelena Gostovic, were extremely helpful and made our check-in and check-out smooth. The Junior Suite was spacious and perfect for our family of three. The hotel is brand new and well-maintained. The breakfast had a good variety and the room had all the amenities we expected. we had a comfortable stay and would recommend it to others.

The location is perfect, everything is nearby, and you can easily walk to key city spots. the rooms are big and clean, and the staff is polite and friendly. the breakfast is included and delightful, and they offer elderflower water which was so refreshing. They even gave me a bottle of it as a parting gift.

The beds are quite soft and uncomfortable. You may have trouble sleeping as you roll into the middle.

I couldn't believe the level of assistance I received when arriving at Envoy. They not only helped park my car in their garage, but also arranged for a private taxi to follow us to the airport! The staff truly goes above and beyond. The central location and modern design of the hotel were also major highlights. The breakfast, although simple, was of high quality. I highly recommend this hotel.
