Despite the elevator being old, the hotel is perfectly located in Belgrade. Our room was quiet and comfortable with a clean bathroom. The Wifi works fine and the breakfast staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a perfect location right in the heart of the city between common areas near many city attractions making it very accessible to explore. The room was clean and modern with all necessary amenities provided. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with 24-hour reception service. If you book with breakfast, vouchers are available for the restaurant/cafe below.

The lifts were old and slow, which may be inconvenient for those in a rush or with mobility issues.

Plus, the views from the 5th floor of this historical building are amazing, especially of the lively and animated square. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city center. The location was unbeatable, right on the central square. The staff were extremely polite and my room was cleaned every day. I was pleasantly surprised to find tea and coffee provided for free in my room. a great experience at Five Points Square - City Center.

This place is perfect for a luxurious stay in the heart of the city. The location is ultra central, right in the center of the city. The rooms are nice and very clean with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, checking me in smoothly and answering all my questions about the city. They even offered me a room next door to use for a quick shower. The facilities here are outstanding, with Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, and a restaurant. The continental breakfast served here was delicious, and the service was exceptional.
