The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a stocked kitchenette for added convenience. The breakfast is nice and the cafe downstairs is a great place to relax.

Some guests have reported issues with noise during the night.

This new hotel has comfortable, clean rooms with good air and modern design. The location is excellent, right in the center and easily accessible from the highway. The restaurant below and the parking facility are great additions that make the stay even more convenient.

I had a great stay at a hotel in the center of the city. The location was perfect and it was just a minute away from the main square. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely renovated. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. I would recommend this hotel.

One drawback was the parking situation. Even though I requested a parking spot, it was fully occupied and I had to park on the street which was only possible for two hours.

I recently stayed at Arhiv Boutique House for two nights to attend the EXIT festival. The hotel's central location in Novi Sad made it convenient for me to walk to the festival grounds in just 15 minutes. The newly refurbished and clean rooms were nicely designed and spacious. The friendly reception and restaurant staff provided excellent service, and the tasty breakfast buffet with a variety of options was a great way to start the day. Additionally, the owners were extremely helpful, allowing me access to the luggage room after hours. Highly recommended!
