The hotel is located in a prime area near the center of town, allowing guests to easily explore the city. It is just a short walk from the main square and a 10-15 minute drive from the historic Petrovaradin castle. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel manages to provide a peaceful environment without causing disturbances to its guests.

There have been some issues with parking, which can be challenging to find.

This new hotel has comfortable, clean rooms with good air and modern design. The location is excellent, right in the center and easily accessible from the highway. The restaurant below and the parking facility are great additions that make the stay even more convenient.

I had a great stay at a hotel in the center of the city. The location was perfect and it was just a minute away from the main square. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely renovated. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. I would recommend this hotel.

One drawback was the parking situation. Even though I requested a parking spot, it was fully occupied and I had to park on the street which was only possible for two hours.

I recently stayed at Arhiv Boutique House for two nights to attend the EXIT festival. The hotel's central location in Novi Sad made it convenient for me to walk to the festival grounds in just 15 minutes. The newly refurbished and clean rooms were nicely designed and spacious. The friendly reception and restaurant staff provided excellent service, and the tasty breakfast buffet with a variety of options was a great way to start the day. Additionally, the owners were extremely helpful, allowing me access to the luggage room after hours. Highly recommended!
