During our Easter stay, we were pleased with a couple of things. the breakfast spread was quite impressive, offering a good variety of options to start the day. the location of the hotel was ideal, situated in the heart of a charming town and within close proximity to local attractions. we also enjoyed the comfortable rooms and beds, which were clean and had all the necessary amenities.

The first issue was the lack of attention to detail in the rooms. We experienced problems with the heating, as the rooms were quite cold despite the freezing temperatures outside.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, surrounded by a beautiful pine tree forest, yet still in the center of everything. The staff were extremely kind and made sure I had everything I needed. The lobby and cafes were exceptional, with stunning artwork and cozy seating areas. The rooms were cozy and had nice details, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was very positive. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, offering a great start to the day.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Nothing it is perfect.

Spent a perfect New Year's Eve in a hotel surrounded by nature. Rooms were nicely decorated with comfortable beds and a great view from the balcony. the restaurant had a delicious menu that included local choices and pleasant service. there was a very impressive art collection worth checking out.

There was no swimming pool to enjoy some exercise. Breakfast was limited to mainly local options and could benefit from some international choices.

We were pleasantly surprised by the recent renovations at Palisad. The lobby and facilities have a modern and stylish look. Our room was comfortable, although we didn't appreciate the concrete column in the middle. The breakfast was a highlight, with a rich selection of local dishes. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the city center, yet surrounded by a peaceful pine forest. we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel.
