For the price, I was impressed with the value I got at Flinders Lane Superior Studio. The room was small but spacious, with excellent facilities and a comfortable bed. The location was brilliant, walking distance to the CBD bars, street art alleys, and popular attractions like the Vic Art museum and Eureka Sky deck. The staff treated me amazingly well, with constant contact from the owner via SMS and email, clear instructions for check-in, and a helpful cleaner who showed me around the apartment.

The food for breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

Our Christmas stay at this apartment was fantastic! the location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to all the major attractions and there were plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. the customer care was outstanding, with constant communication from the owner before and during our stay. the apartment itself was small but comfortable, with all the necessary facilities for a cozy holiday getaway.

One downside was the noise at night, especially from the neighboring apartments. We were unlucky to have some noisy neighbors during our stay, which made it a bit difficult to sleep.

Convenient and self-sufficient! the location was perfect, near endless options of food and entertainment. the apartment had everything I needed and was incredibly comfortable. the bed was soooooo comfy and everything was clean. the main advantage was the great customer care/service provided. I had constant contact with the owner of the apartment and clear instructions were provided before check-in. the owner followed up to check if everything was okay, which was a nice touch.

There were a few downsides. the area could be a bit dodgy late at night, with some homeless people in the streets.

Although the apartment was cozy and comfortable, there were a few minor issues. the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, and the bathroom fan and heat didn't work properly.
