I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the lady with long dark hair at the reception and the man overlooking the Spa. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location of this place was perfect, right on the river, with a scenic view of the surrounding nature. I enjoyed walking through the park, which only took about 8 minutes to reach the bus station. The hotel even offers free lifts with a golf cart to the bus station if you prefer. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and nicely decorated. I was pleasantly surprised by the additional amenities like the mini-bar and safe. The buffet breakfast was great, and I loved sitting on the terrace by the Danube River.

The location of the hotel was great, right beside the river and surrounded by a beautiful park. the breakfast offered by the hotel was fantastic, not only for its variety but also for the fact that it included a free espresso coffee. the staff was very kind and willing to help with anything needed.

The parking situation could have been better explained in the confirmation email. the fact that the parking was located quite a distance away and that travelers needed to take an electric vehicle for luggage or to reach a taxi at the limits of the park was a bit inconvenient.

I'm also excited about the upcoming opening of the Manzo Steak&Wine restaurant on the top floor, with its stunning views and delectable menu. this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return.
