We had a delightful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for our needs, just outside the city center with easy access to public transport. The hotel was situated in a peaceful residential area, providing a quiet and serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist us with any queries or requests we had. We were impressed with the variety of amenities offered, from the room service available 24 hours a day to the option of renting bicycles for exploring the surroundings. The hotel also had a well-stocked shop for any last-minute shopping needs, as well as medical facilities and laundry services. We appreciated the little touches, such as the welcome drink upon arrival and the tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel. we had a pleasant and comfortable experience at this hotel, and we highly recommend it to everyone.

The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with all personnel being helpful and fluent in English. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious, with a wide variety of options available. Additionally, the hotel offers private parking in a safe residential area.

This hotel had a great location with easy access to the city center through public transportation. the hotel offered a private car parking which was really convenient on weekends when the city center was particularly crowded. the staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. the hotel also had a restaurant nearby that served some of the best burgers in my life!

The cleanliness was not up to par, the towels and bed linens seemed old and worn. the beds were not the most comfortable either.
