This hidden gem just minutes from the national park is simply breathtaking. From the luxurious lodge with its jaw-dropping outdoor rock shower to the beautifully designed lounge and dining room, every detail is covered. The 5-star meals served by the talented husband and wife team are mind-blowingly delicious. A truly fabulous experience!

The room was beautiful, with a really comfy bed that provided a fabulous night's sleep. the breakfast was superbly cooked, and we enjoyed a variety of tasty options. the location of the hotel was also a plus, situated in a cozy and beautiful setting.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the coffee machine was out of order, which was a bit disappointing.

We got great value for our money at Elephants Footprint Lodge. The room was superb, with a unique outdoor bush shower. The location was perfect, close to Addo Elephant Park, and the staff treated us with the friendliest service. Renier, the manager, was so accommodating and had fascinating stories to share. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The morning meal could have been improved with healthier options. The portion of eggs on toast was tiny and the selection lacked variety.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and cool atmosphere. Grounds were well maintained, with a lovely dipping pool for relaxation.- Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with fresh, local cuisine prepared by a charismatic chef.- Staff were friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service throughout the stay.

The biscuits provided with the tea and coffee in the room could have been of better quality.

Disappointing nearby restaurant - bad food.

As a tourist, I loved the location of the lodge, perfect for exploring Addo National Park. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. The rooms were cozy with amazing outdoor showers. The recommendations for activities, such as the Sundays River Cruise and sand dune experience, were fantastic. The homemade braai was scrumptious and abundant, a must-try. Johan and Eugene truly went above and beyond to cater to our needs and wishes. A truly memorable stay.
