The value for money at Prezident Palace was exceptional and the room was top-notch, clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the city centre. But what really stood out was the staff's exceptional treatment, from helping me organize a car from the airport to their kind and professional service throughout my stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better with more variety or unique options.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the bustling city center. Guests appreciated being able to escape the city rush while still being close enough to explore. The rooms were beautifully decorated with unique artwork, creating a memorable and cozy atmosphere. The staff was exceptional, offering polite, friendly, and helpful service throughout their stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from and a stunning view of the city. On-site parking was also available for added convenience.

Some guests reported that smoking was allowed in the restaurant during dinner, which may have been unpleasant for non-smoking patrons.

The luxurious amenities and exclusive services here were exceptional. From the superb restaurant to the complete gym, everything was top-notch. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and the spa lounge was an opportunity to pamper oneself with a massage or facial. the sun terrace was another great feature, with beautiful views to take in.

The only negative aspect I experienced was a minor issue at checkout. the price for transportation to the airport changed unexpectedly, and there was a discrepancy about a room key.

The bed mattresses were not up to par with the standards we expected for a luxury hotel, and the temperature control in the room turned out to be not so fully accurate. However, the worst experience we had was when we asked to book transportation to the airport, and although we had already informed them of our flight time, we unexpectedly got disturbed with a repeated midnight call.
