Despite a few disturbances caused by other guests, the staff quickly took action to resolve the situation. Their great service made it easy to overlook these minor issues. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was amazing. If I ever find myself in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to return to this property.

We loved the prime location of this hotel near the center, surrounded by construction, cafes, and restaurants. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff available around the clock for room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and more. The room had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. We enjoyed the onsite dining options, including the bar area and special menus accommodating dietary needs. The spa facilities were fantastic, and the sauna, steam room, and massage services were luxurious.

The location was perfect for me as it was superclose to the expo center, airport, and city center. I loved the clean and cozy rooms, which were non-smoking. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful throughout my stay. They even gave me a free room upgrade to meet my needs.

The view from the top floors was not as picturesque as shown in the pictures, as there were no trees around the hotel. Additionally, the coffee capsules in the room were not replenished on the second day.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I loved the complementary breakfast and the friendly staff who greeted us upon arrival. the convenient location near the highway was perfect for our road trip, and we were thankful for the comfortable beds that allowed us to rest well after a long day of driving.

We waited over an hour for our order and had to call twice to check on its status. at check-out we were only asked about our stay after already paying, which made us feel like our feedback wasn't valued.
