I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to accommodate my needs and provide helpful advice on local eateries. the room was comfortable and clean, with a good shower and toiletries provided. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel also felt safe and secure, which was a big plus for me. the location was perfect, not too far from the city center and with a secure car park available.

The Wi-Fi did not work well, but it's possible that it has been fixed by now. Another downside was the noise from the road, which woke me up at times during the night.

Visited Cardiff for my daughter's graduation and stayed at Tanes Hotel for one night. Warm welcome, early check-in, and spotlessly clean room. Comfortable bed, good shower, and free toiletries. £5 breakfast was varied and plentiful. Free parking and bus stop outside, but also a short walk to the city center. Quirky and enjoyable - would stay again.

I got great value for my money at Tanes Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and suited my needs perfectly. The location was convenient with a bus stop right outside, and the staff, especially Daniela, were incredibly helpful and made me feel like part of their family.

This hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms and basic amenities. The location is ideal, within walking distance of Cardiff city centre and exactly at a public bus stop. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, with good local knowledge of attractions and transport routes. The breakfast is included and served on cold plates, with tables laid with my favourite crockery.

I had a really good night's sleep at Tanes Hotel - the place was warm, clean, and felt friendly and safe. The beds were super comfortable and the furnishings were of lovely quality. I also appreciated the convenient location, right at a bus stop that takes you into town in about 10 minutes. The shared bathroom was very clean too.

During Christmas, I had a pleasant stay at a B&B style hotel. the home-cooked breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and welcoming. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was walking distance to the city center or there was a bus stop close by. The road outside which could be quite noisy for some guests. the wifi in the room was not consistently strong.

The hotel was clean throughout, with free on-site parking and Wi-Fi. It was easy to find from the megabus drop-off and close to the city center and public transport. The breakfast was varied and there was decaf coffee and soya milk available. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
