i had an incredible experience at amara sanctuary resort sentosa. the staff was so accommodating and upgraded us to a bigger room for free. we enjoyed the rooftop pool and the lush green gardens. being close to universal studios was convenient, and the shuttle service made it even easier. special thanks to anna and marvin for making my fiancé's birthday celebration extra special with a surprise villa upgrade and a delicious mousse cake.

Loved the peaceful vibes in the room, balcony bed, and the pool area! the spa and infinity pool were just what I needed to unwind after a long day exploring. Although the roller coaster park nearby was a bit noisy with all the screaming, the staff did address my safety concern promptly, although the grouting in the spa pool could use some fixing to prevent accidents in the future. 🌿

The two rooftop pools were so Instagram-worthy, and we had a blast checking out Palawan Beach and the nearby entertainment spots. the room layout was clutch for our squad; we had all the space we needed.

We wished there was a vibrant club or bar on-site for us to let loose and party the night away.

Loved ❤️ the huge and delicious breakfast buffet! 🍳🥐🍓 room was comfy and spacious. Only downside was a leaky awning. Definitely coming back! .

I always stay here. First stay, staff helped me with late check out. Perfect! Has everything I need: Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception. Coming back for business trip. No pets, smoking, on-site laundry, infinity pool.

Had a blast over the weekend! the indoor and private pool were super cool to relax in, and the friendliness of the staff and their buggy service was top-notch. Plus, the location was walking distance to the beach, which was a plus!

There were some issues like unknown bug bites likely from the bed and sofa, glass shards found in the pool which was a safety concern, and limited TV channels available. the breakfast menu was not very appetizing, and there were disturbances early in the morning due to leaf blowing.

Located on an island with various pools for a refreshing dip and peacocks roaming around. At night, there are wooden pathways to stroll on under the starry sky. the breakfast buffet is enticing with friendly staff to assist.

Guest rooms lack soundproofing, allowing outside noise to disrupt the stay.

Spacious rooms, rooftop pool with amazing view, convenient shuttle bus to Universal Studios, friendly and attentive staff, clean and upgraded family suite.

Absolutely blown away by the unexpected upgrade to a JAW-DROPPING private villa with a pool! Mind-blowingly thoughtful staff, free minibar treats, and SGD $50 dining credit.

The staff at the reception and buggy service were amazing! Always ready to help with a smile. Access to the pool was a good break from work. the bed was huge and very comfy, just what I needed after a long day of meetings. the aircon and fan combo was a lifesaver in the hot weather. Free minibar was a nice touch too!

The property was poorly maintained and overpriced. Phone calls were never answered, frustrating.

At Hotel Triplets Entertainment, our family had a blast exploring the lush greenery and historic buildings. the staff were attentive, offering a swift room change to ensure our comfort, and the cozy room was perfect for us to unwind after a day of fun.

My wife says that the children's pool could be more engaging.
